Returning products
According to the legislation in force GEO 34/2014, the cancellation of the purchase is applicable only to natural person customers. Thus, the consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he is canceling the purchase, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 14 days of receiving the product. Canceling the purchase within 14 days can only be applied to orders delivered by courier. We recommend that the returned product be in the same condition in which it was delivered (as far as possible in the original packaging with all the accessories, with all the labels related to the product and the documents that accompanied it).
The return costs will be borne by the customer and the reimbursement of the product value will be made within 14 days at the latest from the date of receipt of proof that the product has been returned or until the moment of receipt of proof from the consumer according to which he sent the products to us, taking - the closest date, in the client's bank account, or the bank account indicated by the client for the return of the amount, is taken into account. If the returned product is damaged, has clear signs of use and cannot be sold as a new product, we reserve the right to refuse the product.
If the order benefited from the "Free Delivery" promotion, the return costs will be borne by the customer.
If the customer requests withdrawal from the contract, within the legal term of withdrawal from the contract, he must also return any gifts that accompanied the respective product.
If the products are returned in a condition in which they can no longer be sold to us, we reserve the right to request a reduction in the value of the product to return it to its original state (if possible) or to cover the price difference resulting from the sale products as second-hand or, at the customer's option, we will reship the products, at his expense. In the event that the product will be taken over by us, the amount will be returned within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notification.
The consumer is responsible to send them to the seller's address that is indicated in the purchase documents and on the website, to ensure their transport and bear the costs, without undue delay and within no more than 14 days from the date on which he communicated his decision to withdraw from the contract to GROUP EPLUS STC SRL.
Returning products
The website www.DailyPlus.ro also sells products according to customer specifications, which fall within the exceptions regarding the right of withdrawal provided by article 16 of OG 34/2014 regarding distance contracts and contracts outside commercial premises. According to art. 16 lit. c of OG 34/2014, if the Client (Buyer) opts for the purchase of clearly personalized products, made according to the specifications indicated by the client (Buyer), the products thus undergoing changes at the Client's request, he accepts the fact that the products this kind cannot be returned and cannot be replaced, being exempt from the right of return.
The term is respected if the products are sent back before the expiration of the 30-day period. The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (as far as possible in the original packaging with all the accessories, with all the labels related to the product and the documents that accompanied it). The return costs will be borne by the customer and the refund of the product value will be made within 14 days of the return at most. You are only responsible for diminishing the value of the products resulting from manipulations, other than those necessary to determine the nature, qualities and functioning of the products.
In the event that the purchased product is non-functional or has manufacturing defects, it will be replaced with a functional product, provided written notification is given within 48 hours of receiving the product. In this case, the transport payment will be borne by GROUP EPLUS STC SRL

The time interval in which we respond to notifications is 10:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday.
