DELIVERY

DailyPlus products are available in the country, and will be delivered nationally by fast courier.

The standard delivery period is between 2-4 working days. This can be consulted in the description/details section of each individual product.

On holidays and in special cases, the delivery term can be extended independently of us.

Costs

The standard cost of SAMEDAY shipping is 15 lei (valid for localities in Romania).

Returns

If the order must be canceled before delivery, please contact us at contact@dailyplus.ro to analyze the status of the order. If this has not yet been sent, the request can be honored. Otherwise, we reserve the right to withhold the amount and continue to deliver the products. If the order has already been delivered, all possibilities will be analyzed by email or phone.

Repeated return requests by the same customer are considered abuse.

We reserve the right to refuse further orders from customers who do not claim their parcels within the maximum period of 7 days from the courier or who refuse the parcels upon receipt.
