Informatii stoc

± În stoc
Produsul se afla in stocul si se poate livra in cel mai scurt timp, maxim 2-3 zile lucratoare sau ridicare de la sediul nostru.

Intreaba stoc
Acest status este utilizat pentru produsele pentru care nu avem informatiile de stoc in timp real. Stocul fizic si termenul de livrare este comunicat pe mail/yahoo messenger/telefon. Sunt produse care pot sa nu fie pe stoc sau care au stoc redus.
*Daca inregistrezi o comanda pentru un produs care are in dreptul lui “Intreaba stoc”, unul dintre consultantii nostri de vanzari te va contacta in cel mai scurt timp ca sa iti comunice cand iti vom livra produsul.

Stoc limitat
Produsul se afla in stocul nostru si se poate livra în 5-10 zile lucratoare de la comanda online. Sunt cazuri in care livrarea produsului poate dura pana la 15 zile, datorita faptului ca stocul poate fi 0 sau limitat..
*Daca inregistrezi o comanda pentru un produs care are in dreptul lui “Stoc limitat”, unul dintre consultantii nostri de vanzari te va contacta in cel mai scurt timp ca sa iti comunice cand iti vom livra produsul.
La comanda
Acest status se refera la produsele care se aduc pe comanda datorita faptului ca ele nu sunt in mod uzual pe stocul furnizorilor externi. Produsele aduse pe comanda vor intra in stocul nostru in termen de 7-21 zile, in functie de termenul de livrare specificat de catre producator. Comenzile efectuate pentru produsele cu acest status, vor fi procesate dupa efectuarea platii.

ⓧ Stoc epuizat
Produsul nu mai este disponibil in stocul nostru sau al furnizorilor nostrii. Recomandam produsele similare.

Pre-comanda
Produsul este disponibil doar dupa lansarea lui oficiala, pana la acea data produsul nu se poate livra.  Producatorul isi rezerva dreptul de a modifica fara preaviz data de lansare, pretul sau specificatia acestuia.


*Actualizarea stocului de la furnizorul extern se efectueaza de 3 ori pe zi. Nu ne asumam responsabilitatea daca produsul respectiv nu se afla in stocul acestuia iar informatia de stoc a fost preluata gresit. Onorarea comenzilor se efectueaza in ordinea in care au fost receptionate.
Este posibil ca uneori stocul sa se epuizeze si sa nu poata fi onorate toate comenzile. Acest lucru va fi comunicat prin email, messenger, whatsapp sau telefonic.
